Shipping & Return
When will I receive my order?

Once payment is received it takes us about 2-3 business days to package your order and be ready for delivery. The shipment will reach you within 2-3 days.
Which shipping companies do we work with?

We ship our orders to India & Worldwide using FedEx, DHL, or DTDC whichever is faster.
How can I track my order?

We will send a tracking number to your mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can track your order directly from the shipping company’s official website.
Do you do custom orders?

We do accept custom metal orders. Contact us at info@artroom.in and provide your design and its dimensions.
Do custom orders take time?

Custom orders usually take time, but we typically dispatch them within a week.
Do you accept color customization?
+
Our standard finish is black matte. For other colors, message us with your preference. Please note: color customization is charged extra.
I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock?

Sometimes designs go out of stock. If that happens, wait a few days or contact us at info@artroom.in for a faster restock.
What all payment methods are used on our site?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paytm, and PayZapp.
Can I have an extra discount if I order in bulk?

Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is damaged or if the wrong product is delivered. In such cases, please inform the delivery personnel immediately upon delivery and report the issue to us at info@artrooms.in.
- Damages do not include minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused during the cleaning process or cracks from random displacement.
- Products received may slightly differ from the product photos. However, if you feel the product does not meet your expectations, please inform us within 4 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Refund Policy
- Refund initiation is subject to the pick-up of all cancelled items from the customer’s premises. Once we receive the products at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Processing charges may be deducted depending on the order.
- Orders that have been delivered and accepted by the customer cannot be refunded.
Shipping Policy
Order preparation requires 4-5 days before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery can take between 6-10 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with our shipping partner. This investigation process may take up to one week.
