Order preparation requires 2–3 business days before dispatch. Delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays).
We use reliable partners like FedEx, DHL, and DTDC to ensure safe, timely delivery across India. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll initiate a tracking investigation.

Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is damaged or if the wrong product is delivered.
- Report any such issues to us immediately at info@artrooms.in.
- Minor cuts, scratches, or color variations do not qualify as damages.
- Report product issues within 4 hours of receiving the order for eligibility.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Processing time: up to 7 working days after receiving the return.
- Processing fees may apply. Accepted deliveries cannot be refunded.

Custom orders usually take a bit longer, but are typically dispatched within a week.
Do you accept color customization?
Our standard finish is black matte. For other colors, please message us with your preference. Note: color customization is charged extra.
